Play time during tourney games is not guaranteed. Play time is based at the discretion of our staff coach who may be running that particular game. We try to walk a fine line with development and winning. Our coaches always try their best to get all kids on the field the best they can but at times some kids will play more than others.
Please make sure you agree with this prior to registration.
If you are a parent/guardian that feel you will need to discuss play time with coaches after a game or need to send emails regarding play time --PLEASE DON'T. Our Coaches work very hard for very little so please do not waste their time. We run this program for the benefit of the broader Dulles South area--at a fraction of the cost as other programs (please look into it) so please be understanding. If we are not a good fit for your child, let us know and we will be happy to refund.
Refund Policy:
All REFUNDS WILL BE CHARGED A $75 ADMIN FEE.
Participation:
We have no problem with you participating with another club in addition to ours. We strongly believe the more you can get out and play the better you will be. We will gladly work with you even if you can only attend certain tournaments with us.
Rain Policy:
At times both practices and tournaments may be canceled due to weather. Things may be rescheduled based on availability of fields. No refunds will be made due to a tournament / practice date being changed or canceled.
